We reply to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours, although you haven’t got a reply from us within 48 hours, please visit our Email Help page located under the Help tab for further information as technical errors might be causing an interruption in communications between you and us. Or simply use other forms of contacting us i.e. telephone or mail.

I have been calling you, but no response?
All our phone lines are active from 0330 hrs to 1530 hrs GMT seven days a week. If you still can’t reach us in those timings, please use other forms of contacting us i.e. email or mail.

I can not find your store?
We are located in central Kabul at Charahi Sadarat, across the square from the Mustafa Hotel, please visit the contact us page for further information.

When is your store open?
We are open from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm everyday, including Fridays, excluding public holidays i.e. Eid ul Fitr, New Year and etc..

I have purchased a book from you, but would like to refund or exchange it?
We regret that we do not accept any returns or exchanges, although books with technical problems can be changed with a fresh copy.

What is a Wishlist?
The Wishlist is for you to list books and other products available at SHAH M BOOK CO.com which you at some point would like to purchase. The idea of having the Wishlist displayed on your user page is so that at any time you can email your Wishlist to your friends for recommendation and/or to us to proceed with your shopping or print your Wishlist. For further information about Wishlists, simply click on ‘Wishlist’ link available under the ‘Help’ tab located at the top of the page.

We have been working to keep all the data on our website updated and accurate, therefore we would like you to further elaborate your search criteria and try again, although you can contact us with any inquiry using our ‘Contact us’ page located at the top of the page.

I had ordered a book, but received a damaged copy?
All books with technical problems will be exchanged with a fresh copy, if you are an international customer, please send us the book back and we will resend a fresh copy and credit the postage costs from your side on your account for your future orders.
If the book is destroyed, please contact your local post office for the issue as no damaged copies will be dispatched from our side.
